  Completely unreliable!!! Great crew but always having staffing issues, truck issues, unable to do the move last minute. I have had to scramble to find someone else to move last minute which has left me upset and seriously frustrated. I would never recommend using Total Moving again.

  A great company. These guys really seem to love their job and it shows in the way they do it. No bad language or gripping about the big items. Very friendly and accommodating. I will most definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone I know who is moving. Lowest price but highest quality. Thanks for everything Dan and crew!!

  I contacted the Total moving in April 2017 to move my furniture from a two-bedroom apartment in London, ON, to a town house in Ottawa.

  They are professional. I paid 20% deposit and signed the contract two weeks before the moving date.

  They disassembled the bed, dresser, and dining set in London and loaded all the boxes. They were so polite and organized.

  There is one minor issue. They arrived late in London to start loading the boxes. I need to mention that they compensated the delay by loading my furniture faster than I expect. BTW, I was happy for the delay because I was not completely done with my packing :) .

  I booked an appointment for Total Moving to move some items from Forest to Thedford approximately a week before the moving date which they agreed to. On the day of the move, they never showed up. I called 45 minutes after their expected arrival time, as I had not heard from them. The call went to their voicemail. It's been a day later and they have not returned my call. I completely appreciate that issues may arise, but no communication from them sat very poorly with me. I have since sought a different moving company.

  When they arrived Ottawa, they unloaded the boxes and put them in the rooms I asked. They did not complain about anything. It was a very rainy day. Everyone knows how difficult it is to do the moving when it rains.
